Initiate Your Request
Log into your EyeOns™ account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original branded case and box, ensuring all accessories like cleaning cloths and certificates of authenticity are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
